  •

Did you know that the popular Bender’s Forms of Discovery is available to Jenkins’ members remotely? Each of the volumes in this set can be accessed as an ebook via the LexisNexis Digital Library.

Bender’s Forms of Discovery is an essential tool, as it offers both a vast set of forms and a comprehensive analysis of discovery law. Specifically, volumes 1-10A of this set offer sample interrogatories on over 200 topics from A(Accountants) to Z(Zoning). Volumes 11-17 are a collective treatise that provides discussion on federal discovery law including coverage of various Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Criminal Discovery, and discovery in complex litigation. It also offers insights, charts, and appendices that address select state discovery rules.
