  •

Did you know that the popular Bender’s Forms of Discovery is available to Jenkins’ members remotely? Each of the volumes in this set can be accessed as an ebook via the LexisNexis Digital Library.

Bender’s Forms of Discovery is an essential tool, as it offers both a vast set of forms and a comprehensive analysis of discovery law. Specifically, volumes 1-10A of this set offer sample interrogatories on over 200 topics from A(Accountants) to Z(Zoning). Volumes 11-17 are a collective treatise that provides discussion on federal discovery law including coverage of various Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Criminal Discovery, and discovery in complex litigation. It also offers insights, charts, and appendices that address select state discovery rules.

LexisNexis Digital Library recently updated its platform. Need help navigating the new look? Ask us!

This set is also available in Jenkins' print collection and on our Lexis Advance stations onsite. To take advantage of these formats during the COVID-19 pandemic, check out our current options for curbside pickup or for scheduling an appointment to visit the library.
