New Additions to the LexisNexis Digital Library

  •

This month, 65 ABA titles were added to Jenkins' LexisNexis Digital Library. The titles are available to access remotely with select memberships. Jenkins will continue to receive additional ABA titles in print while also maintaining historic titles on microfiche.

A full list of the new additions can be found here.

Annotated Model Code of Judicial Conduct is intended to establish standards for ethical conduct of judges, provide guidance to judges and candidates for judicial office and provide structure for regulating conduct through disciplinary agencies.

Compendium of Professional Responsibility Rules and Standards presents models for ethical and professional conduct and standards for enforcing that conduct that have been developed by the American Bar Association.

Effectively Representing Clients in Family Mediation provides lawyers with advice about selecting a mediator, preparing clients for mediation, and coaching the clients through the negotiation process to a settlement. It offers wise perspectives, examples from cases, and bullet-point practice tips.

Freedom for All: An Attorney's Guide to Fighting Human Trafficking demonstrates to attorneys across multiple practice areas how human trafficking intersects with their daily practice, how their skills translate, and how they can easily begin to integrate anti-trafficking into their work.

Preparing for a Federal Jury Trial shares proven trial strategies and techniques that can help you win your next federal jury trial. The book is for any lawyer interested in developing or enhancing trial advocacy skills at the federal level.

Representing People With Dementia is an attempt to help those who, because of dementia, are fragile, bewildered, and vulnerable – and to give their attorneys the tools to obtain a fair and just resolution of their case.
