Taxation & Economic Reform in America Parts I & II now available on HeinOnline!
The tax collections on HeinOnline were recently added to our subscription. Combined, the Taxation & Economic Reform in America Parts I & II and the Tax Foundation Archive Publications include over 4,000 titles on tax related topics and federal legislative histories.
The Taxation & Economic Reform in America Part I & II is a great resource for legislative materials related to federal tax laws. It's Tax Legislative History collection includes over 160 federal tax legislative histories beginning with the Tariff Act of 1922 (P.L. 67-318) through the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 (P.L. 112-240). There are also Economic Reform Legislative Histories and Legislative Histories of U.S. Tax Conventions. The Tax Foundation Archive Publications includes over 1,200 publications from the Tax Foundation, an independent tax policy research organization. Recent publications include The Compliance Costs of IRS Regulations (Jun. 2016), Details and Analysis of Hillary Clinton's Tax Proposals (Jan. 2016), Details and Analysis of the 2016 House Republican Tax Reform Plan (Jul. 2016), Marijuana Legalization and Taxes: Federal Revenue Impact (May 2016), and Vapor Products and Tax Policy (Mar. 2016). Users can search this collection or browse by title or subject. Select Institute for Research on the Economics of Taxation (IRET) publications are also available.
