Jenkins' Research Tip: Accessing the NJ Administrative Code and NJ Register Online

The New Jersey Administrative Code (N.J.A.C.) and the New Jersey Register (N.J.R.) are provided for free online from LexisNexis at http://www.lexisnexis.com/njoal/.

Users can browse and search the New Jersey Administrative Code. Search capabilities include terms and connectors and natural language as well as the ability to search either the table of contents or the full text documents.

The New Jersey Register does not have a browse option and is only available by searching. The New Jersey Register allows both terms and connectors and natural language searching. It also allows segment searching, like for a particular agency, and date restrictions. For help searching the New Jersey Register, see "Help Searching the NJR", located on the left side menu.

Please note this site does not allow you to bookmark specific code or register sections.
