Litigation Trial Practice
Have a trial coming up on Monday and can’t make it to Jenkins before the weekend? Luckily you have access to litigation trial practice materials through Jenkins’ Member Databases.
Law Journal Press* is one of the Jenkins member databases containing general litigation treatises. Titles here include Litigation Management and Calculating and Proving Damages. Find also subject specific treatises, such as The Preparation and Trial of Medical Malpractice Cases, Product Liability: Winning Strategies and Techniques and Employment Litigation. Within Law Journal Press, select “Litigation” from the drop-down menu for “Practice Area”. You are then presented with a listing of available litigation treatises.
Another member database that has litigation titles is Loislaw Libraries on Fastcase. You may already be familiar with finding cases on Fastcase, but now you have the opportunity to search Loislaw books too. The “General Litigation Library” includes Discovery Practice 6th, Motion Practice 6th and Judgment Enforcement 3rd. Access these titles from Loislaw Libraries on Fastcase and not through the Fastcase link on our website. Within Loislaw select “Search Loislaw Libraries” in the left column under “Start a New Search”.
