Mergers and Acquisitions Law by Franklin A. Gevurtz and Christina M. Sautter. This title covers corporate laws governing mergers and acquisitions. It also explores securities, tax, and antitrust laws, and the business, financial, and practical lawyering aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Mergers and Acquisitions in a Nutshell by Dale A. Oesterle and Jeffrey J. Haas. This nutshell "provides a succinct exposition of the law of mergers and acquisitions to which a student or lawyer can turn to for reliable guidance."
