Our Records and Briefs Database Has A New Look!

As a records and briefs depository, Jenkins has a comprehensive collection of court documents from the Pennsylvania Commonwealth, Superior, and Supreme Courts; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and select U.S. Supreme Court cases. Our online database indexes a large portion of this collection, and is now even easier to use! After signing in to our website, go to the Court Records and Briefs Index to search by name, docket number, year, or court for a list of available records and briefs. We’re continuing to make enhancements to this resource, so stay tuned for more changes.

For help finding records and briefs that might not be in this index, you can call our reference librarians at 215-574-1505 during normal operating hours.
