New Editions of PA Estate Titles Available on LexisNexis Digital Library

  •

New editions of Pennsylvania Estate Planning and Pennsylvania Probate and Estate Administration are now available on LexisNexis Digital Library. Both titles belong to the LexisNexis Practice Guide Series, which provides concise and up-to-date information for practitioners.

Pennsylvania Estate Planning is targeted to practitioners not ordinarily focused on estate planning and who seek a fundamental working knowledge of key principles relevant to estate planning practice in general and Pennsylvania in particular. It is also meant to serve as a ready reference guide for experienced practitioners. Chapters include, Client Intake and Data Conversion, Estate Planning Basics, Advanced Planning, General Trust Law Considerations in Pennsylvania, Financial Powers of Attorney, and more.

Pennsylvania Probate and Estate Administration offers a high-level treatment, covering necessary procedures, without becoming bogged down by minor points and exceptions that may clutter a treatise. Forms and Checklists throughout the Practice Guide provide the basis for drafting documents and assuring that all steps in a process have been completed. Chapters include, Will Contests and Other Challenges to the Validity of the Will, Administering the Probate Estate, Distribution of the Estate, The Orphan’s Court and the Register of Wills, and more.
