Jenkins' Philadelphia City Solicitor Opinions Database contains the full text of formal and informal opinions issued by the Philadelphia City Solicitor from 1952-2009. Recent enhancements to the collection now provide for additional search options and improved results. Users may search by Title, Full Text, Year Published, Opinion Number, Opinion Type, From (Last Name), or To (Last Name). The From/To options allow users to search by the surname of the author or recipient. After conducting a search, filter your results by Opinion Number, Opinion Type, or Date Published.
