Jenkins' Philadelphia City Solicitor Opinions Database contains the full text of more than 2,000 formal and informal opinions issued by the Philadelphia City Solicitor from 1952-2009.  The new, easy to use interface includes over 50 new opinions and allows the user to search by title, full text, year published or opinion number. Filter search results by opinion type.
