Jenkins receives records and briefs (commonly referred to as paperbooks) from the Pennsylvania Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. A large percentage of these records and briefs have been indexed from our collection to make it easier for you to locate and request documents from our website.
