Pennsylvania Legislative Histories: Committee Archives

Pulling together material related to a Pennsylvania legislative history?  If you are looking for reports or hearings, don't forget to check out the Pennsylvania General Assembly's Committee Archives page. Use this resource to search Committee Meetings and Public Hearings or Reports. Coverage varies by date and committee.  Although content on this site is selective and tends to be more recent, older material may be included. Searching for reports, for example, yielded results at least as far back as 1970.

There are other places to check for information, such as the Committee's or bill sponsor's website.  For additional suggestions of where to look for reports and hearings, see our research guide, Pennsylvania Legislative Histories or our blog post, Finding Pennsylvania Legislative Histories.

Looking for debate? Try our databases, Pennsylvania Legislative Histories and Pennsylvania Election Law Legislative Histories. These databases collect debate or remarks related to particular bills.
