Search for Cases Remotely With Your Jenkins Membership

With a Jenkins membership, you gain access to several legal databases that offer extensive case law collections. We have options for federal, state, local, and even international cases.

Fastcase, for example, includes both federal and state reported cases. The federal collection includes full coverage of many federal reporters including the U.S. Reports, Federal Reporter, Federal Supplement, and Bankruptcy Reporter. State cases are available for all 50 states. If you’re looking for Pennsylvania cases, coverage includes the Pennsylvania Supreme Court from 1803, Pennsylvania Superior Court from 1929, and Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court from 1970.

Our Pennsylvania Memorandum Opinions database is another option for Pennsylvania cases. This database includes over 16,000 memorandum opinions from the Pennsylvania Commonwealth and Superior Courts. Coverage is from 1996 to 2016.

We also have databases that cover local Pennsylvania trial court decisions from the common pleas courts. Our Pennsylvania County Cases database contains over 81,000 trial court opinions dating back to 1970 from the 67 Pennsylvania counties.

Pennsylvania trial court decisions can also be found in county legal reporters. Both LLMC and HeinOnline provide access to county reporters. LLMC has over 50 different Pennsylvania county legal reporters in its Pennsylvania Side Reports collection, and HeinOnline includes select county reporters in its State Reports: A Historical Archive collection.

If you are looking for international cases, we have you covered there too. With vLex, library members can access case law from over 100 countries. vLex’s advanced searching and citator features can help you find relevant cases from around the globe.

*Pennsylvania County Cases, Pennsylvania Memorandum Opinions, and LLMC are membership databases available to all Jenkins members. HeinOnline and vLex are available to most Jenkins members. Fastcase is available to firms with less than 50 attorneys.
