Jenkins Adds Additional Content Coverage on ProQuest Congressional

ProQuest Congressional offers a wide range of legislative and executive publications, and with our new content coverage, ProQuest is now one of the most comprehensive places for Jenkins members to research Congressional publications. With this remote access database, you can search for committee reports, hearings, bills and resolutions, congressional floor debates, and much more. You can search by citation, title, or keyword.

Committee reports - House & Senate reports are available on ProQuest with coverage beginning in 1817.*

Committee hearings - Congressional hearings are available on ProQuest with coverage beginning in 1824 along with select unpublished hearings from 1973-1992.*

Bills and resolutions - Indexing of bills and bill profile reports are available with coverage from the 1st Congress (1789-1791) to the present. Full text may be PDF or HTML formats.  

Congressional floor debates - ProQuest includes the Congressional Record (Daily Edition, 1985 - present). HTML only.
