Are you researching an issue of foreign, comparative, or international law? Check out the over 1,000 publicly available Law Library of Congress Legal Reports. “The Law Library of Congress produces reports on foreign, comparative, and international law in response to requests from Members of Congress, Congressional staff and committees, the federal courts, executive branch agencies, and others.” The reports cover a wide range of legal topics that are often emerging legal issues. Recent legal reports include,“Net zero emissions legislation around the world”, “Taxation of cryptocurrency block rewards in selected jurisdictions”, and “Regulation of cryptocurrency around the world”. The collection also includes historical legal reports dating back to the 1940’s. These research reports are not updated unless specifically noted, but they can be of historical interest.

Users can navigate the reports by searching or browsing. Browsing entry points include topic, region, year of publication, or users can browse all the reports.
