Principles of Cybersecurity Law

The recently released 1st edition of Principles of Cybersecurity Law  is a great resource "for cybersecurity and privacy professionals, cybersecurity and privacy lawyers, law students, and anyone interested in learning the cybersecurity laws that apply to an entity based on the entity’s business model(s) and data collection model(s)."   

This book begins with an overview and definition of cybersecurity law.  Subsequent chapters include "Federal Trade Commission Enforcement and Cybersecurity Law", "U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Cybersecurity", "State Cybersecurity Laws', " Laws Prohibiting and Addressing Hacking" and "Internet of Things".
