Eileen Horgan, Esq.

Eileen Horgan is the Supervising Criminal Advocacy Attorney at the Women Against Abuse Legal Center in Philadelphia, where she has worked for eight years. Her practice area is family law, where she focuses on providing trauma-informed legal representation to domestic violence victims in Protection From Abuse and child custody matters. She also trains community members and organizations on the dynamics of working with domestic violence victims. In her spare time, she serves on the board of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Philadelphia.
