Epstein on Intellectual Property

Jenkins members have access to a variety of treatises on their desktop, including Epstein on Intellectual Property. This title includes chapters on a variety of intellectual property topics, including copyright, false advertising, noncompetition agreements, patents, trade secrets, and trademarks. Chapters on non-traditional intellectual property topics, like biotechnology, computer software, and internet law, are also available. Epstein on Intellectual Property is available on the Loislaw Treatise Library, a membership database available to all Jenkins members.

To access this title, use your last name and member number to log into Jenkins' website. From the list of Member Databases, select Loislaw Treatise Library. Once in Loislaw, select Intellectual Property Law Library from the list of Treatise Libraries. Epstein on Intellectual Property is listed with other Wolters Kluwer treatises on copyright, trademark, and intellectual property.
