Jenkins On Your Desktop: Sports Law Journals on HeinOnline

HeinOnline has an extensive collection of subject specific law journals. To celebrate Super Bowl 2014, check out their collection of sports law journals.

This collection includes many law school sports and entertainment law publications, including Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal (1982-2013), Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law (2010-2012), Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal (Villanova University School of Law, 1994-2013), Seton Hall Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law (1991-2013), and UCLA Entertainment Law Review (1994-2013). Association publications, such as the American Bar Association's Entertainment and Sports Lawyer (1982-2013) and the Sport & Recreation Law Association's Journal of Legal Aspects of Sport (1991-2013), as well as international titles like Entertainment and Sports Law Journal (University of Warwick, UK, 2002-2013) are also included in this collection.

To access this collection, use your last name and member number to log into Jenkins' website. From either the Member Center or the list of Member Databases, select HeinOnline. Once in Hein, from the Subscribed Libraries list on the left side select Law Journal Library. Hein defaults to a browsing option by journal title. To see subject specific collections, switch "Browse by: All Titles" to "Browse by: Subject". The subjects are listed in alphabetical order, and "Sports Law" is towards the bottom of the list.

Click on the plus sign next to "Sports Law" to view all titles in this collection. To search this collection, enter your search terms in the search box located above the first Sports Law journal title. Hein offers ways to "Refine your search", including by journal title, state published, and date, located on the left side of the results list. To run a new search or to modify your search, click on the "New Search" or "Modify Search" buttons above the search results.
