Important Changes to Filing in Commonwealth Court

A recent PA Bulletin post announced the closing of the Commonwealth Court Philadelphia filing office in the Widener Building. This closing is effective as of December 31, 2012.

All Commonwealth Court filings must now be made in the Harrisburg filing office. Questions should be directed to the Chief Clerk's Office at 717.255.1661.
