Turner N. Falk, Esq.

Turner N. Falk, Esq. serves as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Joseph L. Fernandes, Judge for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Family Division. Mr. Falk sits for Judge Fernandes as a Hearing Master. He has presided in over one hundred permanency, shelter care, adjudicatory and review hearings.

Mr. Falk also volunteers with Philadelphia VIP, where he counsels small businesses, represents tenants in landlord-tenant trials and handles federal income tax deficiencies.

Previously Mr. Falk served as a Judicial Fellow to the Hon. Jacqueline Allen.
