Patrick K. Nightingale is a former prosecutor and practicing criminal defense attorney since 1996. PKN LAW is a full service criminal defense law firm offering experienced and unbiased representation for individuals facing criminal charges. The scope of his practice includes any and all pre-trial or pre-indictment representation, representation at trial, sentencing and post-sentencing motions.

Mr. Nightingale practices regularly before the Courts of Common Pleas throughout Western Pennsylvania as well as before the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He also has extensive appellate experience before the appellate courts of the Commonwealth of PA and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Attorney Nightingale received his JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
