Attorney Michael P. Forbes practices in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester and Montgomery counties. For almost 30 years he has focused on consumer law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, mortgage foreclosure, debt negotiation and short sales, as well as personal injury and criminal defense and DUI.

Mr. Forbes has delivered presentations on consumer law at Main Line Weichert Realtors, the Consumer Law Clinic at Widener University School of Law and the Cape Institute, among others. He is a proud recipient of a "Top Lawyer" award by Main Line Today magazine, specifically for his work in personal bankruptcy. Michael also hosted the Consumer Defense Line radio show, heard on WCHE 1520AM.

Attorney Forbes completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, and received a B.A. in Business Administration, graduating with Honors in 1984. He received his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law in 1989.
