Jacqueline Hopkins provides workplace culture strategy and employment law services at Loutel Law.

Previously Jacqui served as the Director of EEO and Employee Relations at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), where she spearheaded their diversity and inclusion initiatives and fostered transformative change. She also led global diversity and inclusion initiatives for Gopuff, the on-line "go-to" instant delivery platform for everyday essentials.
