Daniel B. Lundy, Esq.

Daniel B. Lundy is a Partner with Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP, where he heads the firm's EB-5 Developer and Regional Center and EB-5 Compliance practice.

Mr. Lundy represents numerous developers and regional centers who seek to use foreign investment funds under the EB-5 program to fund their projects, either through the formation of a Regional Center or by joining with an existing Regional Center. Mr. Lundy works with various securities lawyers, economists, business plan writers and other professionals to structure development deals to be EB-5 compliant, and in the preparation and filing ofEB-5 applications and petitions. Mr. Lundy is experienced in reviewing Regional Center and project business plans, economic reports, securities offering documents, and corporate documents for compliance with the EB-5 program requirements, and in consulting and advising clients on the specific immigration requirements of the EB-5 program.

Daniel has successfully represented numerous immigrant investors in their EB-5 petitions and applications, including investors seeking permanent residence through investment in their own businesses and investors seeking permanent residence through investments into USCIS approved Regional Centers.

He has also represented investors and developers or regional centers in troubled projects, including various matters involving SEC complaints and allegations of fraud or misappropriation, where he helped to preserve the immigration interests of the investors throughout the restructuring of EB-5 projects.

Mr. Lundy has extensive experience litigating immigration cases in the federal court, and representing clients challenging adverse actions by USCIS.

For the last two years, he has been named as one of the top 25 immigration lawyers in the country by EB5 Investors magazine, and is a frequent author and lecturer on EB-5 topics.

Mr. Lundy is admitted to the bar in the State of New York, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Seventh and Eleventh Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Daniel is a graduate of Hunter College (B.A., 2000) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D. 2006). He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and Invest In the USA (IIUSA), an EB-5 regional center trade association, where he is the co-chair of the Banking Committee.
