  •

The thirteenth edition of International Taxation in a Nutshell is now available on West Academic Digital Library. The book provides an overview of U.S. international taxation for students and practitioners. It covers the U.S. activities of foreign taxpayers and the foreign activities of U.S. taxpayers. This new edition also offers up-to-date discussion of global tax developments, the 2017 tax act, and the newly enacted U.S. book minimum tax.

The title is divided into three parts: Part 1. Overview of Fundamental Concepts, Part 2. U.S. Activities of Foreign Taxpayers, and Part 3. Foreign Activities of U.S. Taxpayers. Tables of cases, the Internal Revenue Code, and Treasury Regulations and Revenue Rulings are also included.
