Practical Law is now available at Jenkins!

One of the nicest features of WestlawNext is Practical Law and it is now available at Jenkins*. Thomson Reuters says, “Practical Law content is created with the front-line lawyer in mind. Our trusted resources include Practice Notes, Standard Documents and Clauses, Checklists, Toolkits, legal updates, state-specific guidance, and more.”

Jenkins' Practical Law content could be particularly helpful for Commercial Transactions, Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation, Estate Planning, Intellectual Property & Technology, Labor and Employment, Litigation, and Real Estate. Please just note that not all Practical Law content is included in our plan and the coverage and availability of the material varies by each practice area. For example, only select material is available for Bankruptcy and Tax.

Examples of the types of documents that can be found in Practical Law at Jenkins are:  Advance Health Care Directive (PA), Boilerplate Clauses in Real Estate, Class Action Toolkit and ERISA Considerations For Severance Pay Policies Checklist.  Practical Law is a valuable resource and a nice addition to WestlawNext and now Jenkins.
