We're starting the New Year with new content on HeinOnline!
Check out the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws Library. The NCCUSL drafts and proposes uniform state laws. Subject areas include commercial law, domestic relations law, healthcare, real estate, and more. Uniform laws adopted in Pennsylvania include the Uniform Condominium Act, Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act, Uniform Fiduciaries Act, and Uniform Trade Secrets Act, among others.
The NCCUSL Library on HeinOnline includes the full text of over 250 Model Acts drafted, recommended, or endorsed by the Conference, as well as all available transcripts of the discussions of the Committee of the Whole of each Uniform and Model Act.
