In the request form below, please provide as much bibliographic information as possible and click the "Send Request" button. We will call you within 2 hours if we have additional questions or are unable to fulfill your request.

Delivery options include Fax, Courier, U.S. Mail, Email*, Extranet, FedEx or UPS. (Note: A Timecycle Courier picks up from Jenkins at 11 am, 2 pm and 4:30 pm. Rush deliveries can also be arranged). If you prefer, we can also pull books from the shelves or photocopy materials and have them ready for you to pick up at the library.
