Home / Professional Development / Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Classes / Brain Injury Litigation A commonly overlooked injury by the legal and medical profession is the mild to moderate brain injury. In severe brain injury cases, the resulting disability is readily apparent and easily provable. But in cases where a person has a concussion and resulting post concussion syndrome, the damage is seldom obvious. Even when the injury is disabling and produces lingering symptoms of memory loss, cognitive dysfunction and physical symptoms, the injury is often undetected with x-rays, CT scans, MRI's and EEG's. This course will help attorneys get started in presenting and defending these cases and how to determine whether damage has occurred, the degree of the injury and the effect it has on the claimant's quality of life. Dates and Times: Wednesday, October 20, 2010 · 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM To enroll, use our online registration form. For any questions please call us at 215.574.7905. Discounted parking is available at Expert Parking System on 8th & Market.
