Introduction to Web Searching - Webinar

Have you been searching for a way to improve your Internet Research skills? PBI is pleased to announce a new way for you to take hands-on training seminars right from your desk. PBI’s Webinars combine Call-In CLE with the Web, and enable you to improve your computer skills from your office.

This new Tele-Web covers the following important basic Web research topics: URLs, domains, and phishing; searching books; using Web directories; using both current-generation and next-generation search engines; broadening your research with meta search engines; evaluating Web pages and results pages; and creating and organizing favorites and bookmarks.

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute, an accredited provider under the Pennsylvania CLE Board's Rules, will serve as the CLE provider for this course. The course has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.5 hours of CLE credit in substantive law, practice and procedure.
