Jenkins is a depository for records and briefs (commonly referred to as paperbooks) from the Appellate Courts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. The library also owns a comprehensive collection of U.S. Supreme Court records and briefs. A large percentage of these records and briefs have been indexed to make them easier for you to locate and request from our Web site.

Jenkins does own records and briefs that are not yet included in the searchable index. Email or call the reference desk at 215-574-1505. We'll double-check our collection and try to find what you are looking for.
Jenkins retains whatever item(s) the court has sent us. There could be records and briefs for certain cases that Jenkins never received from the court.
