If you are not a member, join today to take advantage of exclusive benefits! Troubleshooting Does this software work on a Mac computer? No, it does not. I've just upgraded to a new version of your software and now I'm getting the message "Invalid Username and ID". What should I do? Check the Internet Options setting of your browser in the Tools section to make sure you have the browser set to check for a newer version of stored pages every time you start Internet Explorer. If this doesn't solve the problem, you may need to delete Temporary Internet Files. Whenever I try to use my own account at lexis.com, my browser closes and won't let me get to this page. How do I fix this? We recommend using the Mozilla Firefox browser to access your own lexis.com account. If the problem continues, use the uninstall Lexis Thru Jenkins with this program. I haven't used Lexis since law school. Do you have any training materials available? You can start with the Learning LexisNexis Guide to get the basics. Free Lexis CLE classes are offered frequently at the Jenkins Law Library's computer learning center. How do I print from Lexis to my attached printer? To print from Lexis you will need to install the LexisNexis Print Utility. View the instructions on page 36 of the Learning LexisNexis Guide to install this application. |
