LexisNexis Congressional provides access to digital U.S. Congressional Hearings from 2004 to present. Hearings include written and oral statements of witnesses and transcripts of verbal question-and-answer sessions between committee members and witnesses. In addition to the digital hearings, select testimony transcripts and submitted statements are available from 1988-present.

Besides the digital hearings, other useful legislative material is available. Committee Reports (select coverage 1990-present), Committee Prints (select coverage 1993-2004) and the Congressional Record (1985-present) are all searchable.

As an added bonus, this product includes the Statutes at Large (1789-present), United States Code, and CFR (1981-present).
