Bloomberg BNA Law Reports (Archive)

Bloomberg Law has recently expanded its collection by providing access to archival materials from the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA), an institution with a history dating back to 1929. BNA is an organization that has upheld a long standing reputation as a trusted source for legal information.

To find these reports, start on the Bloomberg Law home page. Click on Practice Centers & Tools which can be found under featured Popular Links. The Bloomberg BNA Law Reports (Archive) will be at the end of a list below Bloomberg Law News. 

Some of the legal subjects and reports that can be found in this archive are highlighted below:

Labor and Employment: Features documents from the Alternate Dispute Resolution Reporter, Collective Bargaining Bulletin, Construction Labor Report, Daily Labor Report, Employment Discrimination Report, and Employee Relations Weekly Report.

Courts, Litigation, and Ethics: Gives access to the ABA/BNA Lawyers Manual on Professional Conduct from 5/30/1984 - 5/28/1997.

Environment: Includes entries from the Daily Environment Report, International Environment Reporter, and the Environment Compliance Bulletin beginning in the 1970s through the late 1990s.

Health and Medical: Legal professionals can explore issues from the Health Law Reporter (9/17/1992 - 12/21/1995) and the Medicare Reporter (5/18/1990 - 1/26/1996).

Intellectual Property: Insights into historical changes of patent, copyright, and trademark laws are made available from as far back as 1943.

Government, Politics & Infrastructure: Provides access to thousands of volumes from the Daily Report for Executives and the Federal Contracts Report.
