Firms and corporate legal deparments with 5 or more attorneys pay a flat rate of $500/year. You may request up to five cards.

Jenkins will be entitled to all remedies as such including, but not limited to, immediate cancellation of all privileges and services due to default of this agreement. By clicking the "Submit" button below, this certifies that I/we understand and will abide by the "Terms of Agreement".




Policies

The Jenkins Law Library’s membership fee structure is based on the premise that research performed by one attorney in a firm benefits the entire organization. Therefore, law firms and corporate legal departments are required to join at the 100% level. Participation at the 100% level means that membership dues are paid for every attorney in the firm. Membership runs on a calendar year. Dues and cards may not be transferred to another individual. Attorneys and other members of a firm (law clerks, paralegals, secretaries, etc.) are unable to use the library on a daily basis unless subscribed to the membership program.

Jenkins Membership Cards are permanent cards and are not reissued annually. They should be retained even when changing firms. Report lost or stolen cards immediately: a $10 fee will be charged for a replacement.

Terms Of Agreement
  • Payment is due within 15 days of the statement date
  • A late fee of $25 is charged to past due accounts
  • Accounts may be suspended if outstanding balance is more than 15 days past due
  • Members are responsible for keeping us informed of any personnel changes
